KLC Archive

Building the KLC Digital Archive is a work in progress. It contains many photographs of people and places that have yet to be named, or who have passed away.

The database also holds many documents that provide evidence of the history of the KLC, and the struggles and successes of Kimberley Traditional Owners in the story of the land rights movement and a recognition of rights and interests to country for First Nation Peoples. 

Warning: Some materials in the archive may contain language or views that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people may find offensive, and while the Kimberley Land Council does not support such language or views, it is considered historically important to present such information without alteration.
